Daimler Sovereign - 1987

After having one Jag, why not...two?!? This car, like all others, came to my hands, God knows how! Not in my plans, but...

This model is one of the beginning of this series known as XJ40, with the 6 cylinder inline with 3600cc and over 220 bhp.

The distinction of the lines, allied with a very well chosen metallic grey,  large wheel, plus the immaculate condition, makes this car a turn-around where it goes. Other cars, with higher value, loose when near this one.

Automatic, black leather in great condition, less than 100.000 km from new, it is a delicious car to drive, in the city or open road.

Although considered one of the less loved Jaguars from the recent years, is in the line of the successful XJ6 series, with a lot of new upgrades, like all the electronic in the dashboard, computer, electric adjustable seats, heated, air conditioner, cruise control. The early models electronic problems brought a bad reputation to this car. But after solved, all mechanical components are of the highest quality. This specific car has all systems working to top condition.

The rectangular headlights indicate that this is the top model of this series. In this case, the Daimler version.
